CAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT

 

Violation of these rules and regulations could result in extra fines/fees charged to the card on file. Please respect those around you and the facility.

 

Rules and Regulations:

1)   Cage rentals are only allowed access to the softballs/baseballs, tees, and L-screen/catching net. You are not permitted to use any bat, training tool, or any other miscellaneous object from the cage in use.

2)   NO TEAMS: teams are not permitted to rent cages. Our cage rentals are reserved for groups of 4 or less. If you rent a cage but bring more than the permitted number of participants, you will be asked to remove players until the permitted number is achieved or you will be asked to leave all together. Our facility is small and we simply cannot accommodate large numbers of athletes in a way that is safe and respectful to others using the facility at the same time.

3)   NO CLEATS or dirty shoes allowed in cages. You will be asked to remove them if found with cleats or dirty shoes.

4)   No seeds, bubble gum, or tobacco products permitted in the cages/weight room at any time.

5)   All kids (this includes any other child you bring with you to the facility) are not permitted in the weight room at any time.

6)   Missing equipment/balls: for balls/other equipment found to be missing after your cage rental, one attempt will be made to retrieve said items. If items are not returned, your card will be charged the price of the missing items.

7)   Broken Equipment/Property: for any APD equipment/property damaged, the card on file will be charged the price of repair or replacement of said property/equipment.

8)   Personal Injury: APD is not liable for any personal injury endured while in our facility. Sports come with certain inherent danger, it is your responsibility to keep you and the people you bring to the facility safe and out of harms way.

9)   For the cage closest to the wall: The net does not completely stop objects from hitting the wall. That includes balls, bats, and people. To keep you and our facility safe, avoid participating in any activity that could potentially result in any object or person hitting the wall or equipment located on the wall. This serves true for our electrical equipment and thermostat located on the wall next to the cage. Damaged equipment or property will result in a repair/replacement fee charged to the card on file. APD is not responsible for personal injury while in the cages. Sports are inherently dangerous and it is your responsibility to keep yourself and the people who are with you in the cage safe.

 

APD reserves the right to cancel your cage rental at any time and for any reason. APD reserves the right to remove any party from our facility at any time.

 

If you do not agree with or do not consent to the rules and regulations provided here, you will not be permitted to rent a cage. These rules and regulations are designed to protect you and our facility and ensure that we are able to keep providing top of the line player development to you and our people.
