Cancellation Policy

In order to claim a full refund of your scheduled appointment

(this includes private lessons and all classes/mini clinics) you

must cancel online at www.train-alpha.com 24-hours in advance.

Failure to cancel outside the 24 hour window will result in a first missed/no-show/or late cancel appointment.

MISSED LESSONS: The first missed/no-show/or late cancelled appointment will result in ½ the charge of the original lesson price. No exceptions. All consecutive missed/no-show/late cancelled appointments will be subject to the full charge of the lesson. No exceptions.

MISSED GROUP CLASSES: All missed/no-show/or late cancelled classes will be charged the full price of the class, as class appointments have to be paid upfront and will not be refunded.

This cancellation policy applies to all types of appointments, no exceptions.
